A1 Infinity Nexus provides business-support services such as virtual assistance, administration, research, data, customer communication, CRM, and lead generation. A specific engagement is governed by the scope, deliverables, timeline, communication method, and commercial terms agreed with the client.
Client information and instructions
Clients are responsible for providing accurate instructions, lawful materials, timely feedback, and the permissions needed for us to perform the agreed work. Clients must not ask us to process unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing content or activity.
Fees and payment
Fees, rates, billing periods, expenses, and payment timing will be confirmed before work begins or in the applicable engagement agreement. Work may be paused when invoices are overdue or when required information and approvals are not provided.
Confidentiality and data security
We handle client information carefully and use reasonable safeguards described in the Data Security Protections page. Additional confidentiality terms or an NDA may be agreed where appropriate. Clients should not send unnecessary sensitive information through the public contact form.
Work product and third-party tools
Ownership and permitted use of work product will follow the applicable engagement agreement. Some deliverables may rely on third-party platforms, data sources, or software that have their own terms and availability limits.

Changes, suspension, and termination
