DATA SECURITY

Data Security Protections

Practical safeguards for business information, client records, and operational data.

Our security commitment

A1 Infinity Nexus treats client information as confidential business information. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, and unnecessary disclosure.

Access control and least privilege

Access is limited to the people, tools, and systems needed for the agreed work. Credentials should be shared only through an approved secure method, and access should be removed or changed when a project or responsibility ends. We do not request passwords in ordinary public contact messages.

Secure transmission and storage

Website traffic is served over HTTPS. Administrative access uses authenticated sessions and protected credentials, while contact information is processed through trusted hosting and email infrastructure. Operational files should be stored only in approved workspaces and retained only as long as reasonably necessary.

Client responsibilities

Clients should provide only the information needed for a task, avoid sending payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents through the public form, maintain their own account security, and notify us promptly if they suspect unauthorized access or disclosure.

Incident response and notification

If we become aware of a confirmed security incident affecting information under our control, we will investigate, take reasonable containment steps, and communicate relevant information where appropriate and legally required.

Important limitation

No internet transmission, cloud service, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. These protections reduce risk but do not create an absolute guarantee.
